  By entering into and signing this agreement, each vendor or purveyor of an approved item(s) agrees that they have read PIERCE PUBLIC MARKET GUIDELINES and agrees to abide by all guidelines, and thereby agrees to waive any and all liability against the PIERCE PUBLIC MARKET. Vendor further acknowledge that the Market Manager’s approval is contingent upon the review and approval of this application and may include learning more about the product or services before approving.
